Cheryl Petti has been a trusted real estate professional since 2011. With years of experience in the industry, she discovered a meaningful way to integrate her faith with her career through a faith-based real estate group, allowing her to serve clients with both professional expertise and faith-driven purpose.

A lifelong Chicagoland resident and longtime Geneva resident, Cheryl is known for her honesty, sincerity, patience, and integrity. She believes in treating her clients like family and serving them with genuine care and respect. Her greatest reward is helping clients find a home where they can begin their next chapter—and seeing them enjoy that home long after the closing.

Outside of real estate, Cheryl enjoys the beach, hiking, biking, camping, fishing, color pencil drawing, and spending time with her family—especially visiting her grandkids  in Phoenix.
