The new Executive Board and Board of Directors will be installed. The program will begin at 5:30 PM. Ticket includes dinner, dessert, drinks and DJ entertainment. Please select your entree choice when registering. Registration closes 8/26/2025. 👢 Duo Plate – Smoked chicken breast with Alabama White Gold Barbecue Sauce and Texas Brisket, accompanied by roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans. Atlantic Salmon - lightly grilled salmon finished with a rich bourbon glaze. 👢 Citrus Salmon – Pan Seared Salmon with fresh herbs and citrus zest served on a bed of rice pilaf, accompanied by sautéed fennel, kale, and leeks, topped with a fresh orange and grape tomato ragu. 👢 Wild Mushroom Rigatoni Pasta – Wild mushroom, roasted vegetable stock, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, baby kale, rigatoni pasta, and Asiago cheese.
